Appointments
We do not run an online booking system; we agree a time by phone or WhatsApp. For routine appointments, calling ahead will shorten your wait. In an emergency no appointment is needed, come straight in.

- The vaccination record
- The name or packaging of any medication
- Any previous test or imaging results
- A closed carrier for cats, a lead for dogs
- A fresh sample if there is vomiting, diarrhoea or a urinary problem
